Secrets Spilled: Soju Tasting.
Geonbae! We’re bringing soju over to Hearsay!
As South Korea’s national drink, this spirit comes from several centuries of distilled perfection. The drink is used broadly, whether it’s celebrating with family or commiserating with co-workers, through glasses straight from the bottle or as soju bombs during the culture’s famous drinking games.
For June’s Secrets Spilled, we’re kicking off Hearsay’s soju program. We’ve concocted a couple of cocktails and will be offering soju in bottled form. We’re stocking flavors by Gorae, who sources their soju from the volcanic bedrock filtered water of Jeju Island, making a cleaner, smoother taste. We’ll be offering flavored variations of peach, lemon, and honeydew, as well as original flavor. Guests will taste each flavor as well as one of the cocktails and receieve a souvenir Gorae glass.
We will also provide a sampling of Hearsay’s charcuterie to munch on as we taste.
